That means you should always know where you stand and what you can expect from us. With our extensive 5 STAR WARRANTY, you can feel confident that we will do our best on every job and we will stand behind our workmanship and materials. Please read through our 5 STAR WARRANTY coverage for full details.
- LANDSCAPE SHRUBS & TREES supplied by Clean Cut Landscape Co. will be warrantied for 1 year with a fully automatic irrigation system, otherwise 90 day warranty. Seasonal Flowers are warrantied for 30 days. It is an owner’s responsibility to ensure adequate watering and maintenance of all plant material after installation and during warranty period. Exceptions to warranty include changes or damages caused by owner improper water schedule, fire, flood, insects, freeze, theft and disease over which Clean Cut Landscape Co. has no control.
- RAIN BIRD SPRINKLER SYSTEMS come with 3 year warranty on all parts and 1 year warranty on labor installation. Annual checkup is recommended to keep system in proper working condition at additional charge $125. Exceptions to warranty include damages caused by owner or anything over which Clean Cut Landscape Co.has no control. Battery operated micro automatic systems come with 90 day warranty on timer and hoses if defective. Any damages from customer, charges will apply to repair.
- GARDEN LED LIGHTING SYSTEMS come with 5 year warranty on fixtures, stainless steel transformers, wiring and 1 year warranty on labor installation. LED bulbs have a 1 year warranty. Exceptions to warranty include any damages caused by owner, flood, theft, fire, lightning or anything which Clean Cut Landscape Co. has no control.
- DRAINAGE SYSTEMS come with a 5 year warranty on the entire system. System will increase drainage in specific areas, but will not totally eliminate all water especially during heavy rain events. Exceptions to warranty include damages caused by owner, excessive rain fall, tree roots and any acts over which Clean Cut Landscape Co. has no control.
- POTTED PLANTS are not warrantied.
- SOD INSTALLATION is warrantied for 60 days after installation in full sun exposure. Following a proper watering schedule daily for 2 weeks is extremely important for newly planted sod. As part of creating a healthy lawn, it is also suggested to apply routine weed control application to minimize unwanted and competing weeds. NO WEED control chemicals should be applied first year after installation. Exceptions to warranty include insects, diseases, re-emerging weed growth, sod that is planted in shady conditions, yards with inadequate or no drainage, and any acts over which Clean Cut Landscape Co. has no control. We highly recommend a PVC drainage system in all backyards to have a healthy and thriving lawn. Even though your existing lawn was killed with herbicide to remove weeds, weed seeds can still lay dormant for decades in your soil. During the prep phase, soil is loosened to provide a good base for the new sod, and as a result, weed seeds that were dormant may germinate, causing a potential weed issue. It is recommended to follow a proper fertilizing schedule to help new sod thrive, and in turn, to potentially decrease re- emerging weeds. New Zoysia sod takes 2 months to root and 1 year to fully establish. You can expect new sod to vary in color until fully established. NO warranty on St. Augustine sod. We only recommend Zoysia sod for all yards.
- BLOOMS— Shrubs and trees may take 1 year or longer to become fully established prior to producing blooms. No guaranty for citrus or fruit trees.
