Once I have given you a deposit, what happens next?
You will receive a phone call from us within 2 days to schedule your job.
Should I take off work to make sure that i’m home the day project begins?
Not necessary unless you want to. If you have any specific concerns let us know.
Once the job begins will your crews work straight through until it is finished?
Our goal is to complete your project as efficiently as possible. We do not drag out projects. Most jobs are completed within 1 week.
Should I talk to the crew if I have a question about the project?
No. To avoid any confusion, please discuss any questions with your sales person.
Can I increase the scope of work once project begins?
Yes. We will be happy to provide you with a change order for any additional work.
Is there a warranty on plant material?
Yes. We warranty our plant material for 1 yr from date of installation?

What about my underground utilities?
We contact LA ONE CALL to mark your gas, water, cable and electric services. This does not include any extra lines installed by owner ( sprinkler, gas lanterns, pool pipes, or misc. cables)
What about my current sprinkler system?
Your current sprinkler system may have to be modified or repaired at additional cost to you.
What about maintenance?
We provide quarterly complete maintenance programs for all of our customers. Please ask for details.
Is your company insured?
Yes we are and can provide a “Certificate of Insurance” upon request.
